Chateaux Rayas is an exception for the Chateauneuf-du-Pape “appellation”; located in the middle of a bush, this wine is produced on a unique terroir. This sandy and extraordinarily fine soil produces a unique southern wine. This fresh, slow ripening terroir exploits the micro-climate offered by the bush.
